- In a large mixing bowl, mix the rice flour, tapioca starch and gradually pour in the water then stir until the mixture is well combined.
- In a steamer, bring the water to a boil and lower the heat to medium.
- Place a plate and brush with vegetable oil. Pour in the right amount of batter and spread evenly to make a thing layer. Cover and cook 4-5 minutes and take it out. Wait until warm then start rolling or remove from the plate.
- Place another plate in and follow the steps until finish all the batter.
- While rolling, use more oil if the noodle is sticky. Use a scissors to cut.
- Or stack the noodles over each other, brush some oil in between the layers, then use a cutting knife to cut into long strips. Separate the stacked cut noodles and ready for stir-fry or noodles soup.
- Or set aside until ready to use or store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
